Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten ErmĂ€ĂŸigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hĂ€tten an der Rezeption nachfragen mĂŒssen, was schade ist. Es ist modern, hell und ĂŒberraschend ruhig gelegen, die Betten sind komfortabel, das Badezimmer hat eine schicke Dusche. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck vielfĂ€ltig. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall und wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen."

" Very little English speaking staff at front desk. Changes in lobby bar hours/services with no warning. They had no shampoo/conditioner in room but had shower caps despite no shower in room. Reserved a queen bed room and given a loft with spiral steps to bedroom on second floor, not mentioned I reservation. Loft warm with only a small window and fan for ventilation. "
