"The spa is wonderfully relaxing after a long drive and for a while we had it all to ourselves. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. The location is close to the center though that wasn’t of importance to us. The new fondue restaurant is great value and the food was very tasty as well as the wine by the glass."

"Very good location , spacious room. Only down side is the toilet, it was small and separated ( in another room) from the shower and basin. I did not like the pillows. But I guess this is personal preference. The room is very clean. And the lady who cleans the room daily tidy it very well. The receptionists are very cooperative and friendly. "Our room was on the side facing the bus loading area and was quite noisy. Also it was hot. No AC but had to close windows because of noise. On the plus side they had a very nice pool and great restaurant. Also I left a pair if glasses there and they mailed them home."

"Location: Easy to locate. Just off the main road thru Chamonix so easy access to drive north or south out of town. You can walk everywhere and the train station is also only a 10 min walk away. Staff: Wonderful and helpful. Very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Room: We had a one bedroom that was Wonderful. It was modern, clean and spacious and had the supplies we needed for a 4 night stay. I recommend and certainly would stay here again."

"A very nice hotel with good food and services. The view is wonderful, the WiFi excellent, the room clean and roomy, the staff very helpful. One major problem: They allowed, every day, 3-4 fifteen passenger vans to block the entire arrival drive. Arriving guests had to walk uphill on a narrow cobblestone drive, with no sidewalk, with all of their luggage, children, etc.. in order to enter the hotel.
