"The reception and room staff was always nice and helpful. The restaurant staff, however, seemed to always be in a hurry for someone else. Hard to get waited on and then they didn't deliver one of our parties dinner at all. They had to go make it when we got their attention. Did not offer dessert. Some of the wait staff was very cordial but others needed a course in how to work with the public. Food was good!!"

"Lovely quiet hotel located a 5 minute walk from the Camp Nou. Also located close to Collblanc metro which can be an easy station to travel to from airport and to get to city centre. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly."

"Lovely hotel with beautiful swimming pool Ordered burgers at the pool bar but were sent out very rare… had to send back 3 of the dishes and asked to be cooked better. Instead of sending back 3 new burgers they sent back the same burgers with cold chips on it .. not sure why this was done but apart from that.. lovely stay"

"A very pleasant surprise. When I booked the holiday as I didn’t realise the hotel was outside Barcelona, given the close proximity to the airport, I was worried I had made a mistake but we ended up combining the initial plan of city break with a lovely beach holiday in Castelldefels. The area is lovely, a great shopping centre next to the hotel and the beach, so beautiful and clean, is a 30min stroll away. The hotel is quite quiet, well maintained and the children had the pool to themselves at...

"A few things- construction on 7th floor was unexpected. The shower needs to be redone. The curtain is too small and the crazy powerful water sends the curtain everywhere. Poor design. Little restaurant was fine, food was ok. "
