"Wonderful location, clean and updated hotel. I was surprised by the $40 daily resort fee. It gives you credit for the f&b but I didn’t come to NYC to eat at the hotel so this was unfortunate. I guess I should have read more closely when booking. Staff at the little coffee shop was not particularly friendly. All other staff were pleasant and helpful."
