The staff (particularly doormen) we’re amazing and provided great service. One thing to note is that the hotel did not provide us with bottles of water, and we had to pay several euros to purchase them. Considering it is a 5 star hotel, it would be nice if they would provide this. Otherwise, we had a great, relaxing stay and would not hesitate to come back! "
