Fabulous stay! Brand new apartment with 2 beautiful pools (outdoor & indoor). Definetely recommended.

Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. We had a great time, the location is perfect, all staff are really nice and welcoming, specially the cleaning manager, she was really helpful, professional and friendly. Front desk staff was very thoughtful and friendly as well specially the last day of our stay. Thank you for making our stay a great experience. We definitely will come back.

We loved this hotel. The pool was amazing!!! Alejo was the best always helpful! We loved him!! Also the two best employees in the front Augustina and Sergio Alvarenga went above and beyond to help us. We would come back just to see these three. They were the best!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a warm beautiful homey feeling. The patio is warm and earthy. The breakfast media lunas and dulces de leche were phenomenal. Clean and well kept with a super comfortable bed. Large rooms with plenty of closet space and great water pressure in the shower. Perfect boutique hotel with great restaurants and boutique shops. One of the best hip areas in Buenos Aires. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Argentina.

We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.

Stayed at this hotel for one night as couple. Central location in Palermo Soho, nice lounge area where you can hang out (even after check out!) Delicious breakfast choice, and one can order hot dishes for free (scrambled eggs or omelets) one block away from two supermarkets (Carrefour and Dia Supermercado). SUPER friendly stuff!

The staff welcomed our group of 6 and escorted each of us to our suites and rooms. The ladies made sure the AC was working properly, informed us about the lights, and showed us the hospitality living room complete with snacks each afternoon. Be Hollywood is the nicest Boutique Hotel i've stayed at in Buenos Aires thus far! The staff was incredible! They changed in our monies at a favorable rate ( near blue dollar rate), they serve a hot breakfast ( even did so when we came to breakfast late), the staff suggested places to go, they upgraded our room promptly when we wanted a Balcony suite, they all speak English which is nice, and they assisted with transportation when needed. Wnen I booked this place, i did so because there was a gym, pool, and massage available. I pictured my self getting massages and lounging by the pool. Unfortunately we took granddaughters age 18-22 and were running constantly. There are so mant places close by to see, restaurants that are fantastic, and all walking distance or short taxi ride. On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.
