"Clean room. Friendly staff. Convenient for our purpose. Lots of cafes and restaurant choices. Overall safe neighborhood on main street."

"The lady serving me at the breakfast was kind and sweet."

"Good location near Capitol Hill. Staffs are professional & helpful. Breakfast is decent. Room was clean. We're satisfied what we paid for."

"Very good"

"We arrived early to dropped off our luggages no one wants to help. The two guy in the kiosk one said pls wait then the other one just leave and went to the bathroom ignoring us. After 30mins they said no rooms available yet which we one since its 11am. Then later they said we found a room for you because they don’t want to hold the luggages for us. When we went to the room the room was dirty shower has a lot of hair and the toilet either. We have a tour to start at 1 so we left the property...

"The shower water wasn’t warm enough—like room temp, even at the max 100 degrees, which wasn’t pleasant. Rooms are very small, but comfortable. Other than that, ALL the staff were SO friendly and helpful. Everyone looked like they enjoy working there and truly like people. The hotel is clean, and has plenty of places to sit and relax in the lobby “living room”. The coffee drinks are the cheapest around DC also! Free water the whole stay was awesome!!"

"The parking is not free it cost 130.00. The $70.00 remaining to be paid to the property ended up to be a $100.00 resort fee. I would still recommend the area but would check other hotel options."

"I was very disappointed with this property and would not stay again. There was a high pitch tone in the room at night and in the morning. There was a 30. daily fee added to the $300+ a night charge but could be used in restaurant so I went there for breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and the food quite bad. Service the same. ugh Penty of other places to choose from."

"I was charged on my credit card for a room even though I paid for it on Expedia. When I checked in, I was told that it was a hold. When I called back, the front desk person was helpful. But the team that checked me in seems disorganized."

"The 30 dollars fee i think is unecesary you dont use it"
