"We booked because of the good reviews but the signage is hard to see so we circled the block for 10 min before finding it. There were so many cars in the driveway we parked across the street. The first impression was not good, it's like it's someone's house scattered with kids toys and bikes. "The hotel is very poorly managed! The upkeep of rooms is almost non existent. The personal is mostly very friendly, but missing of right guidlance and caring professional menager is obvious. The food in “ a la carte “ restaurant is barely eatable. The property itself is really nice and it hurts to see how little would be needed to have a very nice hotel."

"The property consists of hotels and apartment houses that were built at different times, but seem recently renovated. Villa Adria is separated from the beach with a walkway that is full of restaurants and the main tourist drag during evenings. A grocery store is in the building and a pharmacy a block away. The main disadvantage is that the beach gets crowded in the summer. It’s a nice place for family vacation if you don’t like resorts, but prefer an apartment in a Mediterranean village."

We looked all over the island too. My opinion is if the person who checked us in knew this she should have warned us: Nothing is opened.
