Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am. The spa treatments were apparently great, but the accommodation...

"- good breakfast - good parking - poor staff, especially room cleaning service is barely existant - welness isn’t the best and largest in the area as their ads promise. You can have a much better deal for hotel, thermal park, restaurant and in fact everything in a nearby hotel Horal instead. "
