"The older lady on reception was very helpful and gave us our requested room. We would have marked higher but some of the new staff are letting the hotel down. Having stayed at the hotel lasy year the staff we are familiar with are still very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast service is efficent and organised. Loved our holiday but at times there was a strange atmosphere."

"We had a wonderful family vacation here. The kids loved the water slides and pool, we also had a great massage. The foods in the restaurant was very diverse and great.
