"The most beautiful stay! We had the most perfect view of the mountains, we were walking distance to pretty much everything- dining, shopping, trails. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Also had a nice little breakfast buffet in the morning, would definitely come back! Also a 10-15 min walk to the Chamonix station (depending on how fast you walk with luggage haha) "

"We stayed for a ski break. We had a hire car, and used it for the various ski areas - which worked really well, but there was also ski bus stop150 metres down the road. The beds are really comfortable, the half board food excellent and we loved the friendly and helpful staff. "

"Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "

"This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well. "

"I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. The sauna is a good addition to the hotel especially after a cold day on the mountain and the ski room is modern with plenty of racks for drying boots, gloves etc. The rooms were...

"Je suis venue passer une nuitée avec ma copine et nous avez passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel a du être récemment rénové car les chambres paraissent assez récentes. Le personnel d’accueil est adorable, le spa avec vue sur la vallée est superbe. L’hôtel dispose même d’une salle de jeux avec billard, ping pong et fléchettes, de quoi bien s’amuser. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet assez varié et de très bonne qualité, il est inclus avec la chambre contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expedia....
