"Nice grounds and spa"

"Stayed for business and I have stayed here a few times. The main reason I stay is for the gym. It is much better equipped than most hotel gyms. I do think it is a bit much to charge hotel residents £7.50 for parking per night. If you are staying and paying a pretty penny for the privilege then the car parking should be included. I haven't eaten at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food. Overall a nice hotel. "

"I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast. The support staff was limited, the pastries were warmed up from frozen, the filter coffee was only warm. Very small selection of fresh fruit, the berries were from a container I guess. Little cheese or cold meat and no fresh individual yoghurts. The hotel is very good and I was very happy with the parking. "

"Firstly all clients should be informed about parking, outside car parking is always full and without any space available, if u want you can park inside the hotels yard but u need to pay12£ per night ‘ that’s fine but should be on the website this fee as well . Per total the experience was really nice."

"Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for our stay, opposite the Hippodrome made it perfect. We had a little wait whilst the staff found us room, we had requested a twin but they were unable to provide one not that it was a problem for us. Room was clean and tidy with a good view of the harbour and hippodrome. Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room did not work and we couldnt get the air conditioning to work. Breakfast was ok."

"I really want to give this hotel 5 stars as the property, the staff and the restaurant were amazing. However, the mattress was horrible, the actual mattress was super hard and the comforter and sheets didn’t fit the mattress properly and we’re super uncomfortable. "

"Location was perfect for exploring Bristol. We changed rooms initially on arrival as first room was quite dark, but thanks to Jean on reception we were moved quickly Spa on site was a bonus. Would defiantly return"
