"Very clean, convenient, close to the main highway , the breakfast is great, fresh produce, a lot of choices and everything was delicious, a real treat to start the day. The beds were comfortable. I definitely would recommend it."

Amazing customer service the reception worker Francis was amazing took care of me and made everything possible for things to work out would come back there in a blink of an eye one of the best I’ve been to! "Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff on reception. Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only. As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martin’s Agora, although Grand Place is also nearby and cheaper). The road system in this city is underground so Waze etc isn’t fully functional, which doesn’t help either. The road system doesn’t help at all with finding the hotel & whoever designed it should never design another road again! However overall because the hotel is exceptional and now I know how to get to the car park, I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area."
