Receptionist very helpful and printed off our Ryanair boarding passes.Even though he was very busy 96 rooms booked on the night. "When I was arrived, hard to fine the front desk. All the information was written in Italian. The room was not clean, unprepared, and covered with dust and dirts. Only thing I was impressed was the kindness of the staff. Additionally, the hotel restaurant wasgot Michelin ONE star."
