"Only one main complaint- the outside doors are locked at night, even at 10 pm and the only way in is to call the main Marriott reservation line and then get transfer. We were stuck outside during a thunderstorm with another family with a young child. Seems like having a person at the door or a key fab would be beneficial. Otherwise a very nice hotel for a reasonable price."

"Very nice from check-in to check-out. Easy curb-side valet parking - very pleasant and helpful attendant. The room was very nice - comfortable bed and loved the sizeable shower. We checked in a few minutes early, but it was not a problem at all - they had a room ready for us and even asked us if we were ok w/the 20th floor, or would we prefer a higher level, which we took advantage of, for a great view of the city from our corner room. We enjoyed our stay and plan to make it an annual event."

Perhaps they should not allow hockey teams or other sports teams to stay there though, if staff is going to assume the athletes make the hotel look "trashy." Two of our players were at the front desk and told the front desk attendant that they have a very nice hotel. He responded by saying, "Yes, it is, but all of you make it look trashy."
