"The staff are very friendly, attentive and so helpful! They go above and beyond to make your stay great. We managed to upgrade to a suite for just £25 extra which was great to have the extra space and a nice coffee machine, however the room could do with a bit of modernising. The bed and sofa bed weren't very comfortable and both very noisy when moving even just a little bit. The breakfast was great, a good selection and topped up regularly but for some reason the breakfast room was very loud,...

"Lovely hotel and setting. Restaurant food in the evening was amazing. Quality and service at breakfast not as good. Only one chair in room, and although the room had a kitchenette there were no glasses, cutlery or plates."

"Great staff. Beautiful lobby. We stayed in B5, very large two bedroom suite. Floors were creaky and angled in places and could definitely bump your head in many places if you’re not careful. Bathrooms were large and modern. Great location. "
