Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Eher schlecht war der Wellness Bereich: die Sauna hat immer mal wieder die Temperatur verloren, die Duschen haben nicht gut funktioniert, eine war nur kalt, die andere nur warm, teilweise sogar zu heiß und es sollte ein Hinweis angebracht werden, dass die Dusche aktiv abgestellt werden muss, es war öfter der Fall, dass sie gelaufen ist, ohne das jemand geduscht hat. Gefehlt hat eine Kopfstütze in der Sauna, eine...

"Nytt of flott leilighetshotel. Velsig rent når vi ankom, ingen rengjøring underveis i oppholdet på 6 dager. Trenger du nye håndduker koster det ca 45 EUR ekstra for 4 personer. Sengene var noe harde for oss nordmenn. Totalt sett meget flott sted med hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Resepsjonen ringte på innsjekkingsdag for å avklare innsjekkingstidspunkt, og la ut nøkkel i nøkkelboks da vi ankom sent på kvelden.
