"We really enjoyed our stay. The view really makes the place, The staff at the desk helped with activities, breakfast was wonderful, location is great and the pool was relaxing. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. All that said, the hotel needs some work, Our room needs some fresh paint and the deck also needs attention. Our stay was pleasant time though,"
"I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I arrived very late in the morning, but they still allowed me to check in without any issues, which I really appreciated after a long journey.
There are plenty of shops nearby, making it convenient to pick up essentials or explore the area. The staff also provided useful maps and guidance about nearby places, which made getting around much easier.
Overall, a pleasant stay...
"We had a superb stay, so close to all the shops but in a quiet area. We had a lovely room facing the ocean. Restaurant food were delicious and with great view, love it!"
"Great location. However I would recommend the hotel cleaning staff turning on the air conditioner prior to guest arrival and making the room not smell like fish. Breakfast was excellent"
"Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The views at all of the dining locations are stunning. The pool and beach areas are so unique and stunning. The complimentary shuttle into Taormina is very convenient. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. The only negative I have is that we didn't stay longer!"
"Great location, secure. Friendly professional staff allowed us to check in early thank you. Comfortable clean room and bed. Crisp sheets/linens. Was expecting more Sicilian fare for breakfast, catered too much to North American diet. Not a deal breaker as delicious pasticceria on the street corner. Has so much potential as the courtyard is charming. Overall would recommend. Felt welcome and well looked after. Thank you!"
"Perfect location. The views are amazing and we love the restaurant outside with the perfect view. The hotel itself is very nice. Only thing is the shower floors are super slippery. I have never had an issue before with a shower floor being this slippery. I almost fell several times. They really need to come up with solution for this before somebody really gets hurt."
"The hotel and the rooms were clean. Towels were very thin and shower was impossible to wash your hair. Very tight space.
Good location, easy to walk into town.
Breakfast was decent.
Nice to have a balcony with a view of mont etna."
"The hotel is really close to the airport so good to stay if flying out early in the morning. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the pool area is nice to hang out at if the weather is nice.
Food was good at the restaurants but not alot to choose from.
Not much other choice for restaurants in the area once things shut down for the saeson which is the 1st week of October."
