"The hotel was lovely, amazing views and in a perfect position for walking everywhere in Cavtat. The rooftop pool was small but with a view to die for. Reserving sunbeds wasnt a problem and didnt bother us but the pool was freezing and would be so much more useable if heated! We decided to eat at the hotel outdoor restaurant on our first night, again with amazing views, sadly it didnt meet expectations. My husbands meal (pork) was so overcooked it was inedible. To be fair they didnt charge us...

"Could not have been more satisfied with Royal Neptune, Staff was courteous and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, the view was spectacular, restaurants were easily accessible and food was delicious, transport was quickly available, Spa, Gym, 7 swimming pools, we had no disappointments. "

"Good stay. Rooms are large but pretty basic, not very updated but serve purpose. Very small awkward bathrooms but good hot shower. Keep in mind that most things are not walkable from hotel, have to take bus or taxi to old town and most restaurants. Excellent buffett breakfast is the main reason to stay at this hotel, and free parking on-site if you have a car."

"The staff at Kompas is great. The beds are really comfortable and the hotel is really clean. It's also in a great location. Especially wonderful is a waiter named David, who is from Macedonia. He made our stay incredible fun and woonderful."
