"Was the Amber Hotel until August. Will be refurbished soon. Currently a little outdated but kept very clean with all the usual bathroom complementaries. Friendly helpful staff in all areas. Receptionists fluent in English. Bottle of water each day and silent fridge. Parking outside but there is a charge, and hotel is right on the edge of the central park Window rattled when on latch and building site over the road started at 7.30am so disturbed sleep but not the hotels fault. Breakfast €12...

The Okay: The room wasn't particularly spacious, and the only place to sit was one rather uncomfortable chair at the desk...or on the bed. The Odd: No shower door. You had to be very careful not to get water all over the toilet, and you had a puddle of water outside the shower when you were finished, no matter what. The Bad: Without notice, and despite the "do not disturb...
