Its' garden is no doubt very lovely and well kept, but an aggressive cat trailed us such that we had to escape and run for our life to our room after dinner at The Bloom. We were utterly disappointed as we dare not take our planned stroll anymore. All our dreamed evening walk in the beautifully lighted garden was destroyed by that demonic cat!!! "The room itself is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space. The view is spectacular on the 6th floor. However, the property is rather old and needs maintenance in many area, including some amenities in room such as shower. "
