"The room was 14 degrees when we arrived and the staff at the reception didn’t know hos the climate system worked. First after two hours a person who knew about it showet up. The breakfast was rather lousy. But the situation of the hotel is perfect an the standard of the hotel (besides mentioned above) is fine."

Downside was their beautiful pool was empty, with no prior warning or any reason provided.
