"Nytt of flott leilighetshotel. Velsig rent når vi ankom, ingen rengjøring underveis i oppholdet på 6 dager. Trenger du nye håndduker koster det ca 45 EUR ekstra for 4 personer. Sengene var noe harde for oss nordmenn. Totalt sett meget flott sted med hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Resepsjonen ringte på innsjekkingsdag for å avklare innsjekkingstidspunkt, og la ut nøkkel i nøkkelboks da vi ankom sent på kvelden. "Eincheckzeiten zu kundenunfreundlich!!! Obwohl zum 3. Mal im Hotel - immer vom Golfhotel Balmer See kommend - konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Es wurde auch kein Versuch unternommen, einmal beim Housekeeping anzurufen. Das nächste Jahr werden wir dann gleich am Balmer See bleiben, um keinen Tag zu verlieren. "
