My wife and I had an incredible experience at this resort. The breakfast is amazing. The pool and spa are truly remarkable. Very relaxing.

Our stay was awesome. We loved the view from our balcony. The sauna, steam room, and hammocks so much we extended an additional night there onto our trip. The staff was helpful. This was the stop on our 3 week trip to Europe that stood out as our favorite place. We will go back on our next trip for sure.

The room was very cleaned and breakfast was excellent. The only problem for me is the WiFi was too slow to use.

I really enjoyed my stay from the staff, the restaurant & spa located @ the hotel. Also the overall convenience of how close everything was in walking distance from snowboarding & winter hiking, shops, etc. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends & look forward to staying for a longer visit next year.

Perfect spot.

This was a beautiful hotel with a staff of people who were profoundly courteous, helpful, kind and they exceeded all my expectations at every turn. As much as I love animals, I am allergic to their little fury bodies and I didn't notice that pets were okay when I booked the hotel. But, there was absolutely no trace of the odors that often accompany little furry creatures. What was even more amazing is that I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ALLERGIC REACTION, whatsoever, to the two, precious little dogs....

The staff are really accommodating and pleasant. Would love to come here again.

Great place to stay.

Very excellent

Very nice hotel. Received room upgrade at checkin and a small gift at checkout. Glad we chose the half-board rate, as dinner was wonderful and convenient after a long day!

it was very a very nice winter vacation, amazing views, great staff with a very personalized service and a hotel packed with lots of activities.

My favorite hotel and country (Austria) during my Belgium-Luxemburg-France-Switzerland-Germany trip. This hotel is located in the small town of Zirl, minutes away from Innsbruck. It looks like a high class hotel, with an excellent restaurant connected to it, where you can have a complete breakfast (included in my rate), lunch or dinner. Very courteous staff, plenty of parking, walking distance to stores and the best thing: the water from the tap. According to the locals, it comes directly...

Wonderful to be back at Das Graseck! It's a truly magical corner of the earth, our second visit and for sure we will be back in the winter months. The staff are exceptionally attentive, friendly and professional with a good old sense of humour! Upon arrival, we were welcomed back and also, surprised with an upgrade to the loft suite, which made our stay super comfy and, of course the extra space and views were magnificent. Excellent breakfasts and dinner service, super selection of wines....

This hotel was hard to find. Located in the center of the city (photo looks like a different location). Google maps took us to another location. Go through their website to get directions! Staff here is GREAT!!! Friendly, helpful, and just nice people. Room was nice and very clean! Breakfast was excellent.

We were here in summer so it’s very quiet. Only one restaurant open in whole town at night but it was good! The hikes are incredible!
