"Hôtel situé juste à côté de l'aéroport et de l'endroit où l'on retourne les autos de location. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Tellement pratique!"

"Great stay, very convenient to airport"

"We had left something in our room and were contacted very quickly so we had time to retrieve it before going to the airport which was excellent service. Very convenient position. Liked the iron and ironing board in the room."

"The service was incredible, we arrived late and he stayed up for us to show us to our room, help carry our bags etc. Would stay again simply for the service."

"We checked in after midnight and the late check in process was easy. We did have to call the property though as they did not reply to messages through Expedia. It did state in their information to call the property if checking in late. The property was walking distance to all the central attractions Christchurch has to offer. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot with ok pressure. We stayed in a studio apartment so had a mini fridge and a microwave but we didn’t use them. Tv was old and...

"Excellent customer servie"

"This hotel is across the street from the huge, beautiful Hagley Park and Botanic Gardens and in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants within a couple of blocks walk. It is a top tier yet affordable hotel. The breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. I have a dairy restriction and this breakfast is very accommodating. The gardens are beautiful in the spring! The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was easy and free. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of...

"Great helpful and friendly staff"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Muse hotel in Christchurch, NZ. We stayed for a week as he was there for work and I had booked the hotel for the convenient location and great reviews. Upon arrival we were greeted by Indula who was friendly, professional and helpful. Our luggage was stored until our room was ready for a slightly earlier check-in time and we were able to explore the Riverside Market and botanical gardens (a short walk away) upon arrival unencumbered by our...

"good"

"The hotel was in a good location. We were able to walk to restaurants. Bedding was nice, room was big, we had a studio with washer and dryer. We used the gym which was small but good for a quick workout. They need to add some wipes or a spray bottle to wipe down equipment."

"We had a great experience. It was clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, & the unit had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!"
