"We had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location if you want to be in the centre of Milton Keynes. We eat in the hotel but if you fancy a night out there are loads of restaurants near."

"Staff were welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was brilliant. Lots of selection and hot. Room was comfortable and a good size. The only small issue was the bathroom had no hand lotion, it had been left empty. Great hotel in an excellent location. We will be back"

"Great stay"

"Check in was a pleasant experience and when I asked if we could have a quiet room we were upgraded to an executive room with fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We’ve stayed here on numerous occasions over the years and I’d say the breakfast wasn’t as good as usual. The dining room is getting shabby and stains on chairs off putting. To be fair a lot of guests were down for breakfast and it wasn’t so easy to choose what you wanted to eat. the food wasn’t being replenished quickly to meet demand, eg I was looking forward to fried eggs but I couldn’t wait as I’d already plated the mushrooms and bacon. I liked the gluten free cornflakes. They’re portion wrapped to fresh. Good choice of breads. We didn’t get croissants as none left at 8.00am. They might have been replenished later. Good choice of items and there are healthy options too. As usual the waiting staff are busy. They have activities to do on their phones and need to discuss with colleagues but they are always friendly when approached. I’d say breakfast is okay overall. The hotel isn’t perfect but there’s nothing that I’d want to complain about and happy to stay again. "

"Came for a short stay had everything we wanted and was able to use the pool, sauna etc without paying any extra. Could have had more staff serving at the bar. Guy behind reception was great the room was clean comfortable and had everything we needed "

"Our budget room was small and dated but adequate. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but this was made up for by the quality of food in the restaurant and overall ambiance of the property and its superb location. I have stayed in a deluxe suite before, which I would have preferred but the hotel was full. Highly recommended "
