Special mention to reception, breakfast and room cleaning staff and in particular to Deshan who gave us a lot of help and advice re venues for restaurants, shopping and train services for travel to Verona. "It is a great hotel situated right across from the Milan Central train station! For us being a family with kids it was super convenient. We walked right out of the station and were at the hotel in a 3 minutes walk! We ordered room service and it was good and arrived in a timely fashion. The Hotel and rooms were clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again! "
