She seemed to take an immediate dislike to us and mostly ignored us/visibly made other staff members deal with us during our stay, was basically very rude. This wasn't simply a language issue as although most people we met in Sardinia did not speak English, they were generally happy to try to help us and...

"We stayed there for two nights on our 5 day trip to Sardinya . Half way drive from Cala Gonone to Su Nuraxi place we want to visit. After we came back from Su Nuraxi we enjoyed around Hotel . There is very nice lake short walk from hotel . My wife enjoyed sun bedding and I jumped in for a swim . Also nice to walk around. Hotel stuff very nice , food and drinks not expensive. Diner for two with alcohol drinks around 45-50 Euro. Wine or beer 3 Euro."
