"これまでいろいろな旅館やホテルに行きましたが、全国でここが一番良い宿でした。 記念日として宿泊をさせていただいたのですが、スタッフのおもてなしから、料理、設備、全てが200点でした。 遠方からの宿泊だったため 仙台松島周辺の知識が無く、若い女性のスタッフに質問をしたところ、自分のおすすめを教えていただいた上に、松島に長く住む上司を連れてきていただくなど、一つ一つの対応が本当に素敵なスタッフがいました。 その若い女性のスタッフは、記念日で宿泊していることも ホテルスタッフに共有していたためか、翌日 ホテルを去る時に素敵なおもてなしをいただきました。 遠方に住んでいながら、毎年この旅館に泊まろうと思える最高の宿でした。 次は 家族を連れて この旅館に宿泊させていただきたいです。是非とその時はよろしくお願いします。"
