There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The hotel was clean but the shower was so tiny, you couldn’t even close the door in order to fit in it. Nowhere in the description did it say there was no maid service. The mattress on the bed was so flat and probably the most uncomfortable thing I ever slept on. The TV has no service. They charge you for a beach chair. You have to carry your luggage to and from the room. This is far from a 4 star hotel and not worth the money. "

"Stayed here one night. Felt safe and our car stayed in the garage which is gated. Big bathroom small shower. It was 3 of us and each of us stayed in a twin. Too small for us but one night worked. Big complaint was no ac. It was hard to sleep since i was hot. If we opened the window no screen to stop any bug. Breakfast could be way better. It was limited. Over all though i liked it and neighborhoods was quiet. P.S. bring cash to this town if you are american. Was hard to pump gas since it didn't...

"The hotel is not very close to anything and walking outside the hotel I would not recommend. Roads are busy and steep hills. Nothing really around you. Rooms are very old and damp. Hotel music very loud until midnight at times. Pool and beach are adequate. "

"This hotel was a very comfortable place for a night. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on Mondays. We did not know that, it was the main reason for booking, we did not want to get in to the car after a long drive. Breakfast was very good though. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom has been renovated with all the luxuries."
