Our Parents surprised us with a Suite! We wanted to stay close to the Stanford Hospital (our baby girl was put on the heart transplant list) We were all so stressed about taking with the Doctors the next day. The Hotel Staff treated us like royalty! Our stay at the Hotel was so wonderful and special! We have to go every month to Stanford Hospital for checkups, the Staff will never know how much their service and papering meat to us at such a critically time in our life! It was so nice.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. Did i forget to mention the complimentary coffee/latte machine that uses Philz coffee beans. This property also comes equipt with a golf simulator, dog wash room and a full gym. Other than a Starbucks and some quick eats spots across the street, the hotel is in a rather non-touristy area in South San Francisco. The hotel was superior in cleanliness, convenience right off the 101 freeway so you can get around to other areas in the city, and great customer service.
