"Service is attentive and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was very awkwardly arranged in my room. One had to sit side-saddle on the toilet. It was in a corner between the bidet and a space-wasting cover for the plumbing below the basin. The entrance to the shower was more narrow than any hotel i have ever stayed in. I would add photos of the bathroom, but the hotels.com app seems to be malfunctioning. Again."

"We went to Milazzo to take the ferry to the Aeolian Islands for a day trip. Our original day trip was canceled but the hotel manager was able to quickly arrange another one. He also recommended several wonderful restaurants and we had two of the best meals of our trip. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a lot of variety. I highly recommend this hotel and it’s professional stsff"

"Cute boutique hotel very close to ferries. We visited Stromboli for the day. Free street parking in front of the hotel. Very helpful & delights English speaking staff, able to recommend local sites. Beautiful views of the sea. Recommend seeing the Milazzo Castle: large, partially restored containing art exhibit, venue for local theater. Would return, highly recommend!!"

"This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. Dans l’ensemble c’est un très bel endroit mais nous avons été un peu déçus; cela manque de personnel pour offrir des services au niveaux des tarifs pratiqués. Ce n’est pas une critique du personnel présent qui nous a très bien accueilli et servi. Cela fait pensez plus un lieu pour organiser des réceptions qu’un hôtel de standing. "Our family of four loved staying here. Maurizio and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The large, clean pool was fabulous after active days visiting the Etna region. We went out in the local town for dinner once and can really recommend it. Thank you!"

"We stayed 5 days at the resort because it had a convenient location for all of the places that we wanted to visit in northeastern Sicily. The hotel is "nice" in the sense of a traditional beach resort, if you like that sort of thing. There were 3 pools, a reasonable beach, several restaurants, semi-entertainment and nice grounds.
