"Location only minutes to Milano Centralle that’s very good for going to take day trips outside Milan. Staff we met were friendly, courteous & helpful. We’re thankful to Eduardo, Jeff, Roberto ( Brazilan guy at reception desk ) and the Filipino staff member at reception desk. They made us feel welcome and were helpful to us during our stay. Also there’s very good selection of food at breakfast. Thank you."

"Conveniently located near the airport with a free shuttle, the hotel is clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is excellent."

"This hotel was very nice and clean. Had lots of amenities and the pool was great for the hot Milan days. The only downsides where it was a bit out of the way. As well the "King Size Bed" was just two smaller beds pushed together. The gap in the middle of the bed made it a bit awkward."

Assistance with baggage was excellent even for the unusual request to store a bicycle until the rental agency picked it up. Each staff member was also attendant, friendly, and conversational. My room was perfectly pleasant. I love the contemporary design, furnishings and features. Delightful. Breakfast was well executed and delicious. I will stay here again in 6 days … happily."
