"Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and service. They have a kiosk where you can book taxi services as needed. This was helpful when going to the airport, and the price was better than anything I'd seen. Much bigger rooms than most hotels in London, especially the bathroom (and shower, specifically). "

"I loved this hotel, especially the view of the river, the swans, the bridge, just beautiful! Great breakfast buffet too that was included in the price. I really like the location too, plenty of things to walk to, a half a block from the train station, short walk to the castle. The only thing I found kind of strange, was that there didn't seem to be an elevator to the upper floors? I could be wrong and they just took me up the stairs, but that was the only odd thing. I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!"

"The room was spacious liked the bathroom there was the usual banging of the doors and could hear the gym on the floor below but no noisy guests. My only complaint was that all the ev charging points were not operating which was very inconvenient "
