Stained towels, a broken bed, moldy shower curtain, caked dust and hair on the wicker furniture, a broken dishwasher, a broken cabinet door hanging on one hinge, ants and roaches. I understand you just had a hurricane and a lot of rain, but none of that is ever acceptable. I am very disappointed that I wasted almost $1600 on that filth! If I could post pictures here I...

We received all the information we needed to access the property before we got there, and if we had needed anything, it would have been easy to get in touch with the owner.
