Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). "Excellent online check-in that made the arrival speedy and seamless. Lovely, clean room with comfortable bed. Excellently situated: a block off Avenue Louise. I’ll happily stay there again. Only down-side: building works next door. But when they’re working - during the day - I wasn’t in the hotel"

"More of a chain style hotel than your typical options in Europe. The room we had accommodated 3 people and was quite spacious by European standards. Nice restaurant area and outdoor bistro tables. Didn't eat there but did get some great coffee! A 3 min walk to the Tram and 10 min to the Metro line. "

"We loved our room! It was super cute! The staff were amazing and very helpful! Drawbacks-this is not something the hotel can do anything about. We were on the first floor right outside the front door. Our room was warm and the ac was not keeping up so we opened the windows. People would stand right outside our windows and smoke which means all the smoke came in our room. The train outside is also really loud and runs every 5-7 minutes from 5:30 am- midnight. Loved our stay...would stay...
