"Hotel has a lovey comfy bed Honey the bowling was completely down therefore we couldn’t use it at all over the couple of days we was there . Room was clean (exact the carpet which was minging) Not the cleaners fault simply needs replaced as was seriously stained!! Front desk staff friendly and helpful . Also we was up in the vega bar mid morning looking for coffee and was I think 1 staff working which took a. while to find..in saying that once I found the lady working she was extremely helpful (made us a great coffee and help us going a pattisery as we had missed breakfast.. Over all would stay again as the hotel was competitively priced and we love the comfy beds however would be nice if they gave the rooms a deep carpet clean and post made sure there facilities were kept up to scratch along with a few more staff available would be perfect!!😎👍.."

"The only reason for giving four stars rather than five was in relation to the Leisure Club. The pool is very shallow at one end (I could actually sit on the floor of the pool and have my head above water). This makes it unsuitable for swimming lengths, although I am sure it is very good for children. I would have preferred it to have been the same depth for the whole length. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can mention by name Euan, who sorted out my check in, but unfortunately can't remember the name of the lady who sorted my check out. When I discovered that I had left an item in my room, I called back and it was very quickly retrieved for me."
