"phone did not work. Couldn't get wake up call. staff wrote down wrong time for navette. I appreciated Caroline suggesting I go to airport for boarding g passes. That was great. Bathroom toilet paper roll needs repair. Odd lamps don't have an. off/on switch and must be plugged in to work and unplugged to turn off. The Nanette to airport 24 hrs made it worth staying there if only for 12 hours., "

"Property was great, location great however I due to difficult communications I didn’t appreciate being loudly ‘ summoned’ by an irate hotel manager and shouted at by her for taking up an extra foot in the garage especially as I (thought) I had been told this was ok….I felt very uncomfortable over what was an innocent and minor mistake. The other guest an Australian chap (nice guy) needed the space also said he felt awkward about how she dealt with it. Otherwise a wonderful place "

La nourriture n’est pas au niveau malheureusement, manque de qualité et de variété (en 5 jours 2x burgers et 2x moules frites). Peut être la seule possibilité pour un all-inclusive, mais prêt à payer plus pour plus de fraîcheurs, plus local quitte à avoir moins de choix mais plus de variété d’un jour à l’autre. "

"Estelle and her staff were super friendly. Her hard work has paid off...she has made this a paradise retreat in Provence. It was perfect to relax on the last day of vacation in the beautiful gardens and pool. The rooms were very large, well decorated, and the bed very comfortable. Thank you so much Estelle. "Room and property conditions where terrible, old not well maintained. The outside areas dirty as well. Rooms smelled bad. There was only one option for wifi paid public. This is not a 4* hotel by any means! Disappointing"

"Arriving at the property via the small lanes not helped by GPS navigation led to very low expectations. Once inside the gate there was a surprise. The property is an ancient convent with a lovely Chaple. The grounds a wildly planted with many different and interesting ponds, large fountains, and plantings. Worth a stay and visit to ARLES and ST REMY. Just be sure to have good directions to find the Havre de Paix, Excellent breakfast served with fruit, cheese, cut meats, cereal, coffee, juices,...

"Du Cotés des Olivades is am amazing hotel- beautifully maintained and great attention to details. The setting is perfect and both pools are just great. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. This is my third visit and it just seems to get better. An ideal location for visiting many of the charming towns in Provence. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a slice of paradise."

"We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The reception, pool, and restaurant all closed at 19:30 or 20:00, which was a bit disappointing /inconvenient. The mini fridge in our room was not functioning. Other than those minor complaints, our room was lovely, the views of horses were wonderful, and we enjoyed the on-site horse show. "
