"We liked the location of"

"The home was in a lovely location near local attractions. Lots of seating, comfortable beds, large deck. The hot tub worked great. Communication with the management company was poor, quoted three different pet fees different from the listing. The owner honored what was in the listing. The mgmt provided different door codes and different check in/out instructions from the app or the info onsite. "

"Property is nice for a family and safe area. Maintained well. Great response. Not walking distance to restaurants or shopping which could be a plus. "

"It was clean but just dilapidated there were paint stains in the bathroom, the floor felt very squishy, trim pieces missing just those sorts of things. And the washer has a really bad mildew smell. The parking is very tight, especially if you have more than one vehicle."
