"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, although it seemed that there were not enough housekeeping staff during the weekend when the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of choices. It was also nice that the hotel had two restaurants open during the weekend, which gave us more dining options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the friendly service."

"The staff were excellent! Smooth check-in and easy check-out. Rooms were clean and cool. Breakfast was ok. I especially want to commend Khun Ying and Khun A - their sincerity in wanting to help and make the stay a good one shone through!"

"This place is a best kept secret. One of my absolute favorites in Hua Hin. It’s quiet, wonderful breeze in the main lobby & walk way. You know how hot it gets so the breeze is delightful. There are beautiful, spacious grounds. It has one of THE best breakfast buffets in all of HH. The staff are very kind & helpful. The rooms are comfortable & I like the view of the trees & hillside. You will not hear traffic like you would in other hotels. I’ve recommended it to many people & will stay there...

"Isanook is a great place to stay. The facility is super clean, the pool and gym are awesome, and the staff is excellent. That said, our jacuzzi -- yes we paid extra for that room -- malfunctioned and began to smoke. So, the jacuzzi addition was a flop. I am also unsure why the bed is made the way it is. Super comfy, yes, but the fitted sheet is creased half way down so there is like an open seam all night. It's very odd. I thought it was a fluke, but it was that way both nights. Anyway, none of...

"Sind nach einer Nacht gewechselt. Waren im 6 Stock die Sanitäranlagen nach der Toilettenspülung machten starke und störende Geräusche. Das hörte man von jedem Zimmer."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel! We had a great stay there, clean modern and up market hotel, staff where very helpful from reception to the breakfast crew, housekeeping and grounds staff. Food was excellent both breakfast and room service. It's also located right in the heart of Hua Hin. We where made to feel most welcome and if we where to return to Hua Hin in thr future I would book a room at the Maven without a second thought."

"Property is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly. For dining on the property, it only has one place breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was exceptional for all three. One thing I would keep in mind is that this property is a bit far from the city center and all the other restaurants, so you are bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the small city of Hua Hin. It's about a 20-30 min to the malls and shops. But besides that, it was a great hotel....

"Bra frokost og fint å kunne gå rett i bassenget fra rommet. Lite restauranter nær hotellet. Litt vanskelig med innsjekk. De hadde problem med å finne bookingen fordi jeg hadde bestilt booking på hotell.com appen."

"Very roomy layout with seperate bathroom that was well appointed and so enjoyable we extended our stay!"

"This amazing resort is a great escape from the annoying crowds in the middle of Hua Hin. The jacuzzi king room is exactly as advertised spacious and luxurious with an actual jacuzzi. Cons If you’re looking for a hotel closer to the town center, this might not be the best choice. Jacuzzi in the king room doesn’t get hot. Pros •The hotel is located away from the city of Hua Hin. •The hotel’s parking lot is easily accessible from the rooms, taking less than 5 minutes to reach. •The...

"1st day no hot water in shower but fixed immediately. Safe different then what I’m used to so gave up on using it. Staff was fantastic! Friendliest snd most helpful people I’ve seen. Breakfast was great and the lunches I ate there also good. Some shops, restaurants nearby as well as weekend night markets. Also a few Thai massage shops which I highly recommend. Ocean at high tide right up to the property. And ocean pretty empty and warm!!!"

"This is a very cozy hotel with a high standard and incredibly friendly staff. The people who work here are exceptionally welcoming and make you feel at home."

"Lidt hårde senge personalet var nok det mest behagelige og søde rare og serviceminded alt var kanon udover de hårde senge"

"Fantastic staff and such a great place to stay overall"
