"Stayed to celebrate my birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion with a beautiful birthday cake and extra drinks. So very kind and thoughtful. All staff were very pleasant and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Met my expectations and more. "The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive."
