"Sea view suite was excellent and was the primary reason for booking this hotel. Food was fine and alwsys managed to find something to eat. Food not roasting but no issues unless you pile your plate high. Staff are perpetual motion. Downsides to hotel is a real lack of a social area with any atmosphere or ambience. We stayed at the Royal level which was very comfortable and included many restaurant entrance to the many available in the resort. There is a large choice of pools and were kept clean every day of use. "Great stay, couple of teething problems, we arrived and check in was fine, we were directed to our room and the maid was still making the bed, we were asked to wait until she had finished which took 5 minutes but the floor had not been cleaned. We had to then ask for the floor to be cleaned which was done. You have to hire a safe which is a bit cheeky and also you had to hire a kettle for your room 5euros which again for a four star hotel is not acceptable."

"We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect -close to the airport and just by the beach. The only disadvantage was the lack of outside kids play area as well as the kids entertainment at night was very short. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again. "
