"Wonderful Birthday Stay - Truely Special! Stayed for one night before heading to Porto to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and was absolutely blown away by the experience. We used the hotel's private transfer from the Airport, which was smooth, professional, and a great way to start the stay. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite as a birthday treat, compete with Prosecco and fresh fruit waiting in the the room - such a lovely suprise! The suite was beautiful, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the city and the harbour, and was spotlessly clean. A huge thank you to Rueben for going above and beyond - his warm and attentive service made the stay even more memorable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend for a special occassion or just a luxurious getaway, "

"The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay.
