"Unbelievably beautiful art hotel. The service was impeccable and a three course breakfast was included in our stay. Also included was a plethora of high-quality snacks in the room. I’m a very seasoned traveller and it was one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. The price was extremely low for such an experience. I don’t understand how anyone could rate this as less than a perfect stay. "

"Best hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels. While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for). The two local guardian dogs Mia and Tia are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding area is very nice for a little nature walk."
