"Un cadre et une bâtisse magnifique. Une chambre quand nous sommes arrivés sans chauffage ( 15 ° ) à 23h. Quand nous avons ouvert les radiateurs, nous avons eu un bruit d'air et eau toute la nuit ( radiateur non purgé) ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir. Toile d'araignée dans toute les pièces et des ampoules dévissés dans les lampes de chevet. Lorsque nous l'avons indiqué au personnel personne n'a été bouleversé et aucune excuse.
