The pool and beach areas are so unique and stunning.The complimentary shuttle into Taormina is very convenient. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. All that said, the hotel needs some work, Our room needs some fresh paint and the deck also needs attention. Our stay was pleasant time though,"

"The hotel is really close to the airport so good to stay if flying out early in the morning. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the pool area is nice to hang out at if the weather is nice. Food was good at the restaurants but not alot to choose from. Not much other choice for restaurants in the area once things shut down for the saeson which is the 1st week of October."

"The room (off-site) & linens were very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend staying in the main building, more attractive and close to the pool, breakfast buffet and beautiful gardens. Staff helped me book boat tours and airport transportation.
