"I booked a king bedroom and when I went to check in they said they had to change my room to 2 queens. When I asked why? He said they overbooked king rooms and he didnt apologize or anything, just kept looking down and brushed it off. Maybe a breakfast offer for the hotel or something would of been nice for the inconvenience, but he just kept his head down and I'm not one to complain really."

"The room was very clean and the staff was so nice. We ordered breakfast to our room and it came so quickly. Our oceanfront hotel gave us the most perfect view of the ocean."

"I give a top score for this beautiful hotel. The staff were all friendly and accommodating and afternoon and evening happy hour was delicious."

"This is a stunning hotel! It was exceptionally clean and stylish, and the room was comfy and inviting. The finishes and attention to detail in this historic property make this hotel memorable. Parking is free in a lot nextdoor and there are wonderful places to eat and shop in the immediate area. We will return!"

"Terrible bed mattress."

"The property was beautiful and staff was amazing (front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all on point!)"

"The loft itself was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the nightclub located downstairs in the building operates until 2:00 AM, and the noise level made it extremely difficult to sleep. It honestly felt as though we were inside the party until it ended. Zero sleep was had. "

"Well put together. Simple, peaceful and a great space to unwind. Amazing experience."
