"We were very pleased with this property. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely welcome package and cosy warm on arrival. It had everything we needed and was central for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely recommend 1 Marine Place for a perfect stay on Bute"

"We were only at the hotel for one night for a wedding so didn’t use all the facilities. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a sea view which was really nice. The only downside side was my wife found some of the breakfast items to be a bit cold. Both of us thought it was really tasty"

"The hotel was nice. The food at the Brassels was better than the Cruzerie (?). The hotel was pet friendly. The rooms were a great size and comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't do much as you have to book everything in advance. We were not aware that you had to plan ahead."
