"The hotel room is not in great condition. Lights hanging off the wall, the safe needs new batteries. On a plus side the bathroom is fairly new and clean. "

The location is great because there are lovely walking trails along the Marne, cafes nearby, and central Paris is just a cab or Uber ride away. This hotel offers great value for the money. "

I was one of the transferred ones from one hotel to another due to overbooking and no availability of rooms, and the customer service assistants were very understanding and accommodating. Clean room, very relaxing after all the hassles. Excellent staff support for a firat timer in Paris."
