"Everything about this hotel is great except for the food. The hotel has a 24h room service but no restaurant and the food is provided in little jars by a catering company. The food is edible but really not what you would expect in France and is poor value for money. I had a quick look at the breakfast buffet but did not bother knowing that nothing is cooked on site and went to a local bakery (Boulangerie Maniez) instead. "This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well. "

"My wife and I loved the location, it was fantastic. We were on the ground level and the ability to interact with the locals was great. The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation. "Modern hotel with close parking. Easy walk to the village center. We were fortunate to have a Mountain View room. Check in gentleman was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately did not have enough time to experience the spa."

"The most striking impression initially is the incomparable view of the Mont Blanc massif from this property. I can't imagine a better location. The staff, bar none, was superb and paid attention to every need. The restaurant was very good. Highly recommend this property!"

"Splendid resort. However, the personnel (from the receptionists to the waitresses in the restaurant) overloaded and not very careful in keeping the standard that the level of the hotel requires. Quite upsetting to see people showing up for breakfast and (especially) for dinner in ropes and sleepers, serving themselves by touching food rather than following the required healthy standard using the correct cutlery. The maitre is supposed to monitor more closely what is going on the room. "

"We loved our stay. Excellent clean apartment. Staff were so friendly and informative. Always smiling and happy to help. Apartment was well equipped. Local travel passes were very useful and they also has a discount rates for the local spa. Some of the lower level apartments don't have the view or door to step outside. Which is a down side as been so close to the beautiful scenery and not able to see while having a coffee etc. We did lots of hikes, went up the lifts to see Mont blanc and...

"It was the ideal spot for a fantastic ski vacation. Literally in the shadow of Grand Montets perhaps the best skiing in the world! Very close to village with some nice restaurants and a quick walk to train or bus we will be back for sure."
